Can you recommend a video game

I am looking for a video game that can be used to relieve stress?
I have been losing sleep and think this is stress related. I saw a post by Alfredo where he relieves stress by watching nature by it is not possible for me where I live to grow things or have an aquarium.
Please, can you recommend a video game that can be used to relieve stress?

The only stress reliever than I know about is Yoga. It teaches a person to relax their muscles, body, and mind. I don't do this myself, but I've heard that it works wonderful, to relieve stress.
