Recently Ugandan action movies are becoming a source of memes at social media. If you see someone flooding "You know the wae" at Youtube, Twitter or facebook most likely they get to watch an Ugandan movie.
They became viral at Youtube because they are so bad that it is hilarious. Their intention is to make a serious action movie but it has a different effect to non Ugandans. These movies are comedy gold.
These movies are created with a budget of two hundred Us dollars. That is like cost of my monthly grocery when I still live in the Philippines. There is an American Guy who quits is job in the US and decided to go to Uganda to produce movies because his savings from his minimum wage can go far in Uganda. Kudos to these guys for being able to compensate with their lack of budget.

I saw the trailer, it was funny. Though the scenes doesn't appeal to me, but I started to laugh especially when the statue of Christ prevents the attack.

I think the Bollywood movies that didnt do well in box office have bigger budgets than these movies. 
The actors of these movies, knocks the doors of neighborhoods and sell the dvd's themselves.
