How to control temper?

I am very short tempered, sometimes i get angry without reason, what should i do.

The old solution of taking several deep breaths does help. When you feel anger coming on, try to stop and ask yourself, What am I angry about? Why am I angry about it? Will it even matter this time tomorrow, next week, or next year?

I am too. What I do is I write or read or go out release the anger.

Whnever I will be having my period I tend to be very lazy and short tempered so what I do is that I control my breathing and pause whenever I want shout ot curse someone.
