Welcome to the site @LolaChrsty The best way to go about it is to read the the Earning Program FAQ section on the extreme right of the page which will guide you on how to maximize your experience on the site.The more you participate, the higher your earnings. Good Luck.

Actually, no, the best way is to read ALL the links available when you scroll over your name on the top left and choose 'Help' from the drop down menu. The Earning FAQ only deals with earnings. Also, "The more you participate, the higher your earnings" is not necessarily true, because you do not earn for your own participation, but for the interaction you receive from other users.
