Freelancing

Good day, I was thinking about how could I start in freelancing? I have skills in web development such as html, css, javascript, php and some database. I tried in upwork but they said that my skills aren't enough in that kind of work.. But I wanted to earn money now because I want to build my own computer and I am just a student. What should I do?

I think you should try websites like Fiverr and like that and they'll surely help
