What Do You Do To Get Rid Of Stress?

When I am stressed, I bury myself into work. When I don't feel good, THEN I take a breather. Now, I do take a siesta every day. Siestas are good for productivity. But I do attempt to make each and every day count. What else do I like to do? Coupon clipping. My local library has a coupon container where you may give or take coupons. Then, I also have coupons given to me from acquaintances. You can usually find me with coupons. I am prepared if an item is on sale and I can then place a coupon on the sale. Rarely happens, but many times stores are doing a clearance, place a coupon and pay what is left.. I do crafts on the side. I already have a request for an all-season themed wreath! When I am not doing my job, I also do side gigs. People might be laughing at me, but I live on a budget. So how about you?

I meditate when I feel stressed...which isn't very often because I meditate. :-)

It depends on what the stressor is but I usually go out and train or I go for a walk. When both of these are not possible, I listen to music or I read a book.

When I'm stressed I go surfing, ride my bike or play bass Somehow when I'm doing those things the rest of the world and stress just disappear!

I walk... siesta is really good to but my problem with siesta is that I have a hard time sleeping at night after. and I tend to sleep as long as 2 hours.

For me stress is not a big deal. Stress is in everything whatever we choose. One just need to find a way to adapt it. We should only remember that stress is there on us, don't need to dig into it. Stress is a part of life. For me to have a stress free life means to have a full fit and healthy life. My only limit is to have a healthy and fit life. So that I don't have to ask others for help in old age. This will be a stress free life for me.
