Good evening to us all my fellow mylotters from the Asian side of the world, and good morning too, to the other side. I have just arrived home from the hospital.
Tomorrow is my off day, and it is also the 20th life in heaven anniversary of our late father. I and my sister will go to attend the Holy sacrifice of the mass to commemorate the anniversary of our father who left us to be with his Creator.
Our plan with my sister is- after mass, we will go to the cemetery and pay our respects to our dear departed parents. Then, we will go to the out-patient department of the hospital to have my sister checked by a licensed physical therapist, or a doctor with specialization of rehabilitative medicine.
Since it will also be the laundry day, my son will stay at home to man our house while Miss J, our laundrywoman, will do her task.
March twenty-first, nineteen ninety seven. Our loving father left us at dawn. June thirteen, twenty zero nine, our mother followed him.
But I am glad I am their daughter. Rest in eternal peace, our dearest Papang and Mamang.
Goodnight, my friends. See you tomorrow, after all my tasks are done.
For those whose parents or loved ones left them, how long are they no longer with you?
