I have never bee a veggie eater, hate the taste. So I began juicing veggies, and drinking the equivalent of four servings every day. I began eating 3 fruits per day, cut back calories to around 2000 per day and drink lots of water, about 100 oz per day. It has been slow and steady decrease. Even last week end, I only put on a pound despite pigging out on holiday feasts.
