How Many Criminals Would Contact Law Enforcement Agencies?

Imagine criminals contacting the police and reporting themselves. How funny. Why would criminals contact law enforcement? Wouldn't make sense to turn themselves in. Perhaps some would because of they'[re fatigued. Criminals are more than likely going to run away from the law. "Criminals Calling the Police More Likely They Won't." By: Tanikka Paulk. It's amazing how victims are targeted again and again and said to be criminals but the actual criminals are free. Isn't that strange? These criminals might be making the lock-up jail a safe heaven for crimes. Well! in India those criminals who are protected by politicians having vested interest and those who are influential criminals are protected by the police.
