Using The Word I Love You.

One of the challenge faced by many people, boys especially is expressing themselves to a girl. When I listen to some radio programs I listen with great disbelieve how many men out there who have not found a girl to call their love are depressed about ladies. It is difficult as I believe women are struggling also to find a man who they can trust. Over the past few years, I have read lots of books meant to teach boys how to talk to girls and get them for a date. However most of these books suggest never to tell a girl you love her. I don't know how true this is, but I have not been able to get laid because I refused using the word or maybe I am doing something wrongly. What is your take on this.
