For me it has to be Buffy. But to be honest I ahve not seen taht many Angel episodes. From what I saw, i prefered Buffy. I recently bought season 1 of Angel on DVD so will be watching that soon :D Maybe I can give a answer that is more fair soon

I would have to say none of them, when I was younger I watched a few episodes of buffy but that was it.
