@MashaVickina NO, I doesn't mean that. I have female friends but I never think about dating them. It is not like there are not pretty but they are different than what I love.

Opposite gender friendship is quite better in understanding ,caring ,sharing than same gender..I think so.

Best reason is they can understand each other better than the same gender and care for each other. Also helps in relation
