My new friend, Nyak

Nyak is the beautiful puppy in the picture. A couple of weeks ago, my east next door neighbor told me that he'd had to put his dog down because they discovered that he had cancer. I was really sad, I liked that dog a lot, and Angel would always stop and play with him a bit when we were coming home from our walks. I knew it broke my neighbor's heart, too--he really loved his dogs. Today I was out in my backyard mowing when I could swear I heard some farmiliar Husky "yowling". I hurried next door, and sure enough, I got to meet this pretty guy. If I remember right, his new dad says that Nyak is about eight months old. I'm going to bring Angel over to meet Nyak later. He's a really affectionate and sweet doggie--full of kisses. Tahoe (my neighbors' previous dog) was a great dog, just not so affectionate. They all have their personalities.
