Do you like to make a budget before going shopping?

I think it's a good idea to make some budget before we are heading for some shopping as in a way we are aware of how much we'll spend and we may not feel out of cash or money but with the debit and credit cards around most don't like to plan as they can pay without even cash.
Also it's difficult when you are shopping and saw a thing or product which you haven't planned but you require. So budget can be misleading as well lol.
So do you like to make a budget before going shopping? Please share.

@thesupersingh No, I started after college, then returned to it when my kids were old enough to be alone in the house until I got home. Usually, my husband was there. He was a college professor and made his own working hours.

Of course. It is important to do it before shopping. You will have a guide and you will not be overspending.

When buying clothes and shoes yes, need to budget our money but in terms of food NO.
