I think it is a shame to bury something that could save someone else's life. You are not going to use them any more so why not donate your organs? I have been an organ donor for years.
I carry a donor card in my wallet. I feel that if some one can use any part of my body when I am no longer able to use it then I will give it to them. After all what do I need it for.
