Getting a cosmetic surgery to enhance your looks,would you? / myLot

I look at my roundlike table tennis tummy and I feel I need a surgeon touch since press up isn't helping matters Lol,wouldn't mind getting one haha. Would you go for cosmetic surgery to make crooked places straight Lol.

I am not really against cosmetic surgery provided that they are used for important reasons but for me, I do not want to try it. I do not want anything fake in my body plus I want to age naturally.
