What is longest headache you've ever had?

Maybe a couple of days

i had it for 1 day, may be coz of fever

I don't get "normal" headaches but when I get migraines, they last 3 days...3 long, sick, agonizing days. Fortunately, I rarely get them anymore since I try to avoid my triggers. Since I no longer work, I did away with the stress trigger and I avoid caffeine. My two other triggers are strong smells (sometimes can't be avoided) and not enough sleep.

My longest headache was a day but today I had a really bad one till I took 8 tylenol extra strenght

it was in my child hood god it was terrible

My longest migraine last 3 weeks.
