Do you have any plan to lose weight this summer?

I am planning to lose weight for this summer. But I am too lazy to workout. Every day when I go to sleep I set my alarm clock at 5:30 am to get ready for the gym. But when the alarm sounds, I suddenly switch off the phone and sleep. I feel guilty about this. I just gained more weight by doing this. I have no partner to motivate and workout with me. Does anyone having the same issue can you describe your situation? What have you done to stay motivated and failed? I am sure everyone has tried to get fit and failed and found a solution for that. What is the solution?

How much do you plan to lose? I would like to lose about 30. No particular timeline on this though as these things happen at their own pace. What i try to do is eat healthy and exercise on a daily basis. Best if luck to you!

I don't have any plans to lose weight and I have never tried to my entire life. Motivation and discipline is the key and if you don't have that, don't ever bother planning.

@Arunjack243 That's a big problem if you don't have motivation, you'll never get to succeed in that.

I think you have healthy levels of hormones. My only problem is motivation.

I hope to lose some weight. I can do it by spending less time on the computer and more time fixing my life and surroundings.

@Arunjack243 It is an everyday thing. You need exercise.
