Do you have any plan to lose weight this summer?

I am planning to lose weight for this summer. But I am too lazy to workout. Every day when I go to sleep I set my alarm clock at 5:30 am to get ready for the gym. But when the alarm sounds, I suddenly switch off the phone and sleep.
I feel guilty about this. I just gained more weight by doing this. I have no partner to motivate and workout with me.
Does anyone having the same issue can you describe your situation?
What have you done to stay motivated and failed?
I am sure everyone has tried to get fit and failed and found a solution for that.
What is the solution?

I don't have any plans to lose weight and I have never tried to my entire life.
Motivation and discipline is the key and if you don't have that, don't ever bother planning.

I think you have healthy levels of hormones.
My only problem is motivation.
