You Don't Have To Make A Huge Difference To Make A Difference

Many people who try to help those with mental health issues want to make a big difference in the lives of those they try to help. That's often realistic. And it's cool to be able to do.
However, you don't have to make a huge difference in the lives of others in order to make a difference because making a small difference is a good thing as well.
For example, the first psychotherapist I worked with back in 2000 wasn't a therapist whom I thought was good at it. And she didn't make a big difference in my life. However, their were a couple of things she told me in which I found was helpful.

The smallest acts of kindness and understand can make a huge difference to those they affect. :-)
