Favorite "Door" Songs #1 - "Who's Behind the Door?"

I would say that we have reached Top Dog status in my countdown of my favorite songs with "door" in the title, but #1 is a different animal altogether. The #1 spot belongs to "Who's Behind the Door?" by Zebra.
Led by guitarist/vocalist Randy Jackson (no, not THAT Randy Jackson,) with bassist/keyboardist Felix Hanemann, and drummer Guy Gelso, melodic, hard rocking Zebra formed in New Orleans in 1975, after working mainly as a cover band, playing mostly Led Zeppelin songs (give it a listen. You'll hear the influence.) Their success came mainly in the 1980's (their 1983 self-titled debut is one of the fastest selling debut albums in Atlantic Records' history.)
The strength of "Who's Behind the Door?" was part of the reason for that album's quick sales. A song that Randy Jackson wrote about death, it was the first of two singles from the record. And while it stalled at #61 on the Billboard Hot 100, it did reach #10 on that magazine's Mainstream Rock chart.
Zebra was inducted into the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame in 2010.

Remastered video and sound. Hopefully this is allowed. Before it was not. But I see album tracks out here that are allowed. I do not own the copyright, just ...

You were probably listening exclusively to KROQ when they were big.
By the way, I watched the Angels hammer the Indians the other night. That Japanese guy is really good.

I remember this, like I remember the pain from my ovarian tumor. And I had forgotten this. Oh, well, back to therapy.
Good series, and let's keep you out of the hospital for the next one, okay?

They've only had a couple hits, back in the 80's.

Kind of hard to forget Led Zeppelin, even if you don't like them!
