Anger management was never so much fun! You know what? I am going to see if they make custom punching bags that allow a person to choose their hater's face so they can punch that bag until it busts. Besides myself, who would you want on that punching bag, if you were gonna buy one to take out your anger and frustrations on for your anger management?
Different things motivate different people. When things make us upset, the emotions can haunt us until we address our feelings. You might be able to channel your emotions by printing a face on a ...

If you or someone you love have problems with rage and a violent temper you may have considered anger management. But does it really work, and how could it pos(...)

@mlgen1037 Not really. It was something my mother told me when I was a child. She told me, "Anthony, why don't you just get yourself a punching bag so you can take out your anger on it and let off some steam?" - so I really never got a punching bag but I fully understand the idea of using one. I would not put anyone's face on it. I usually listen to music to calm myself and take a walk with my Walkman for a little bit of time to chill.

Maybe a former love interest...or a former supervisor, or a nasty former co worker. That would probably be it.

Having old grudges is unhealthy. Best to just take a long walk instead to clear the mind. I found out one time that a kid was throwing darts at a picture of me. I laughed. Did you hit the target? and he went red with embarrassment. The one who did this held a grudge with me though. I hit him smack dab in his face on a dare once and he never really got over it. I usually do not follow through on such a dare. I stand up and walk away these days and take the high road.
