Very often I see my friends skipping their breakfast...when I ask them "why are you skipping your breakfast ?" They say like ..."bro I'm on diet I need to lose some weight"... I don't think skipping the breakfast is the right thing to lose weight...maybe we can limit the amount of fatty foods...or eat food with low calories and increase food that are rich in fibre...what do you think...is skipping breakfast counts on dieting...?

I agree with you. Breakfast is the most important meal in a day.

There is good research showing that limiting food intake to 6 to 8 hours a day, known as "time restricted eating" or "intermittent fasting" not only is a good way to lose weight, but also has other great health benefits. The easiest way to do this is to skip breakfast, have your first meal at lunchtime, and finish eating by 7pm.

It is not a good idea to skip breakfast. Just eat something that is low in calories.

Skipping breakfast isn't a good habit and isn't good for our health, because it is the most important meal among the three meals in a day

When we sleep, and then wake up, our body requires lots of nutrition for fresh start; so breakfast is very important.

Skipping breakfast is not what is going to make a person lose weight.
