God's Greatest Gifts

As I sit here helping my daughter with her research paper, I am feeling nostalgic. She is our last little one, and is not so little. Tori is 16 and in the 10th grade. I love homeschooling her, but I miss the days that I used to homeschool her older siblings. They are grown and married and two of them have their own babies. I am so proud of the adults they have become, but I miss the kids they used to be. God really blessed the marriage of me and my husband when He entrusted us with those babies. They will always be my babies and I will pray for them daily and make the most of every day that my Tori Ruth is at home.

I understand all too well. My youngest is 35 and I miss her being a little girl. I miss the other two being kids, too. They have all grown into well adjusted and happy adults and I am glad of that. But, as you said, they will always be my babies.
