hello everyone, in my culture when a woman gives birth someone comes to take care of her, either her mother or her mother inlaw, they bath her and the baby, cook a very special dish for her( pepper soup and yam) massage her body with hot water and take care of her home while she heals, it can take as much as 3months. it called "OMUGWO" in my culture, how about yours? let discuss.

Yes we have also a culture like that here but it's not 3 months.. 1 month I guess..
