Benefis of epson salt

I have been using epson salt to detox my scalp and feet. I find it is very effective in removing dead skin. My feet feels smooth and shiny.

It's good for a relaxing bath, too. It can ease aches and pains and make you sleepy, so don't do it unless you want to sleep. It does work and very well. I soak my feet in it sometimes.
