Do you smoke? / myLot

I don't smoke and I can't understand why people are smoking. Is it relaxing? If you smoke, can you tell the benefits of smoking? I know the bad effects, but not the good ones. If there are any. And if you smoke what kind of cigarettes do you use?

I don't smoke since 1970 and I don't see any benefits to smoking. I started smoking because my friends were smoking. Eventually, I realized that it didn't make much sense and stopped. No regrets!
