Some success on Wi-Fi Hotspot issue

Some time back, I had discussed that I was having Mobile to Laptop Hotspot connectivity issue. Today I have had some success on that issue. It feels better to be able to work quicker on laptop. Hopefully things go stable from here.

@mohit459 does it depends upon driver- I was not aware- I have not updated any driver as yet.
