As we aged our metabolism slows down. How do you cope up with yours? Do you follow a certain regimen or a diet plan?

Drinking lots of water has reduced my "baby" belly fat significantly. I had alot of visceral fat in my abdomen especially after having my kids. I started drinking lots of water and eating normally as well as walking 2 kms per day. The belly fat came off in no time.

One has to follow a strict diet plan. Our metabolism process slows down after age20 and as the age progresses we have to do exercise more. Strict diet and good physical activity can help us to have a fit life in old age.

@chavezrmc that's nice. If you have herbal supplement, then its good for you, but make sure it doesn't have any other effect.

Exercise and be more mindful of your nutrition. No such thing as spot reduction.

@lam_jauntyjen well if we don't push harder to get a solution then we might not get rid of it. I understand though that we can have exercises too. But maybe our friends here in mylot can share something about this.
