If God is good, why we suffer?

We shouldn't question God's acts. But, many a time, when we suffer, we asked God, why it has happened with me? Again, when we become happy, we thank God and say that God is good. In many incidents, I have seen that infants too suffer. Then there is again a belief, what we do, we have to pay for it in the same birth. Then, what crime the infants have committed. Why do they suffer? Can anyone explain?

Once we are born there are a lot of factors. Many people have things happen and want to blame god, but learning to move past them is the main thing

A man goes into a school and shoots some children. Some die and others are injured and suffer for many months or all their life.
What did the children do? Absolutely nothing. They were innocent victims.
So, why do they suffer? It was because a crazy man shot them.
How is God involved? Did God shoot them? No! So why are we blaming God?

When people suffer, it is not because God wanted us to suffer. One reason I'm sure of is that He is telling us that He wanted us to reach out to Him. So many times when things are great, we ignore Him. If suffering is the only way to make us remember Him then maybe that is why. Although we cannot understand God's thoughts and ways, He always is wise and just.
