Do atheist get haunted by witches or is it believers imagination

I'm just curious to know because I get to bind so much in church, we just believe every misfortune is attached to one witch or wizard and I begin to wonder if atheists get haunted same or could it be our imaginations.What do you think about this?

I understand there are different thoughts in different countries, different beliefs. That is all I know for sure.
