. A well dressed man walking on the street saw me putting out rubbish..He approached me and tried to grab the bag of rubbish off my hand to put it in the dumpster himself, but I said, No I'm okay.. He asked if I live around there..I said yes..He asked if I had 20 pesos because he was hungry.. I said no I don't. What about 10? No I don't.. So off he went.. Well, if he asked if I had 50, I would have said yes.. But I don't think I would have given it to him anyway.. Because the energy I felt around him was not quite right.. The young man across the road saw us and asked me what the man wanted. So I told him.. Apparently, that well dressed man was a former teacher in a primary school in another town but got fired from teaching because he sexually abused a student..Since then he's seen walking around acting a bit weird because "he's gone mental".. "So why on earth is he allowed to roam around especially that "he's gone mental"?"., I asked the young man. But he just shrugged his shoulders.. I am thinking that the authorities should do something about this man because he can harm more innocent children especially if he's not in his right mind.. don't you think?.. To me, he is a threat to the community.. What do you think?.. Bess.. .

Oh dear. I'm happy you were ok and he didn't do anything other than act weird. That is really sad - I feel bad for his victim. And I agree with you. Here in the US. there used to be institutions for people - but a lot of them closed. It was deemed that they should live in group homes, more integrated in the community. While to small amount I agree - for certain folks who can contain themselves - to a larger degree I think that people should housed away from the public if they cannot behave well toward others.
