The professor was raised in Kuwait and Egypt. It did not take her long to get here and become an American professor of English. English? Really? We have enough Americans with a degree in Engish who cannot get a job. We bring her over and give a her one. If we made the statements she did about a high ranking politcial figure in one of the countries she was raised in, we would most likely be in prison. Why is it people like this woman feel free to come to this country and make such insulting statements? I don't care if you like Barbara Bush or not. That is just plain wrong. She makes $100,000 as a tenured professor. Take a look at that picture. I am not in the mood to be politicially correct.
Fresno State University is distancing itself from an Arab-American professor who celebrated the death of former first lady Barbara Bush as it reviews the matter, school officials said Wednesday.

I don't condone that she made her personal opinion of Mrs. Bush public, all over twitter or any other social media, but I understand why she holds them. The personal attack she made on Barbara Bush in no way equals the magnitude of the attack the Bush's made on her, her family, her country and her people during the first Gulf War.
