. " Share your knowledge. It's a way to achieve immortality "..Dalai Lama ... ..... I wish I grew up guided by people who've been there and done that and shared their knowledge on what qualities one need to embrace in order to achieve human dignity and live an honourable life... Without proper guidance, I learned the hard way.. I learned that one must be passionate about achieving those qualities that bring human dignity even if one ends up losing family members she loved and cared about so much that she sacrificed the most precious stage of her life... I am always willing to share what I know ..Always willing to share the things that benefited and continue to benefit me all these years. And I also share what I have very generously within my limitation.. To my mind, it is important that when you render help, you must help directly to whoever is in need rather than having someone as a mediator between you the giver and the recipient of your good will especially when money is involved... because as much as money enhances the quality of life, it also corrupts absolutely.. Immortality never entered my mind , not even in my dreams.. But, going by the Dalai Lama's quote, I wonder if I qualify to achieve immortality? .. Anyway, I believe that once I'm gone, I will only live in the hearts of my children and my grandchildren.. I will not be in the memories of the next generations after that.. Therefore, there is no immortality for me .. Do you believe in "living" forever? .. here on earth or any unknown places? Bess Photo was taken last weekend (14/15 April ) when we joined the road trip to the border of New South Wales and Victoria.. I love that bus .. That's one of my dream.. to go around this beautiful country Australia before I become immortal ....

So beautiful, Bess. I want to be there up above with the people I love and see God and the angels. But like you and my parents, I want my legacy to move one - the good examples and the virtues that I instilled to my children and nephews and nieces. Those will go a long way.

Yes indeed .. Showing our children examples of how to be good is our sacred duty .. And the aim is for them to be better parents than we are to them .. because being better than the generation before us is how we can become what I call "fully human" ..

@epiffanie Thank you, Bess. I hope I live up to that so that when I die, I can say to myself, I lived.

There are many people who are immortal though they are not present in this World any more, by their deeds. I think one must do what ever that is possible for the humanity and betterment of man kind without expecting anything back from the society to become immortal which is very hard thing to do indeed! We should be selfless, free from the greed , undemanding and must have sacrificing nature to achieve this ! These are my very personal opinions !Thanks @epiffanie!

I believe that the possibilities for both immortality and everlasting life exist. Immortality means that one cannot die. God is immortal and so is Jesus and God will give immortality to some people. The immortals will live in heaven with God. Other people will live forever which means that they will not die as long as they remain obedient to God. They will live in a clean earth where no evil will be tolerated by God. That is my understanding of what the Bible says on this topic.

I have studied the bible with many different christian groups and they have many versions of what they think the bibles says .. Living forever physically on paradise earth is Jehovah's witnesses teaching.. But after all the bible studies I did, I found peace within outside of religious organisations ..
