Do You Like To Get Paid Weekly Or Monthly?

I am talking about our offline jobs, The things i know about other countries like USA and Canada and other such that they pay us weekly and i think this is the best method as i got my salary every week so i can manage my expenses with that,
But in India and in other Asian countries, mostly they pay monthly and they pay us late like we get our March salary after 15th or 20th of April if not late which is so much cruel.
What are your views about it? Do You Like To Get Paid Weekly Or Monthly? Please Share.

In the Philippines, we got our salary every 15th and 30th of the month. I think weekly sounds better its more inspiring to work if money comes weekly.

Hi there Super Singh! I work as a public high school teacher here in the Philippines and I am one of those who get their salary once a month. I think I'm OK with that. However, I think it would be better if we can have our salary twice a month, so usually on the 15th and 30th.

Yeah, I get paid monthly. All the people in my country get paid like this. Anyway, I'm used to it.lol

I like it monthly because I get bigger amount of money. If weekly I might use it at once. It is something to look forward for.

Weekly, please.. But yes, most asian company pays monthly and late.. Maybe the basic idea is to make the employees stays longer.. Hahahaha...
