Why is it that when I decide to not bring a book to read, the bus lacks the free weefee it’s supposed to have? Humpf. {Nine hours later, and it's working on the bus home. Yay!} I’ve spent a lot of the last few days thinking that I’m not real. It’s possibly a consequence of upping my AntiDs, but I think this was already beginning to happen before I took the dosage up a notch. Firstly, Nature is too vibrant. My head tells me this is because Summer is looking after the world for a few days whilst Spring is doing whatever it is she needs to do, but some weird little instinctual feeling in my tummy suggests that there’s a glitch in the Matrix. It’s like I’m watching the world on the bestest, most amazing, super-fandangly 4k tellybox in the whole wide world, but the colours aren’t quite right, too real, and nobody can be bothered to adjust them. Secondly, I have people in my life who I consider to be bit players. I don’t know them by name, but I might see them on the bus every morning and we might nod and mutter a Hello, to each other in passing. Just recently, these bit players have been popping up elsewhere too. At the cinema fourteen miles away. In the supermarket on the edge of town. And even more alarmingly, they’ve been walking past my house when I know they live all the way over the other side of town. My head tells me that it’s simply that they’re familiar faces so I’m more likely to notice them. Yet some weird little instinctual feeling in my tummy tells me that actually the Player of my world has run out of characters and is having to regurgitate common ones. And there we have it. I am nothing but a character in a computer game/simulation. In Real Time my entire existence may be no more than an hour, or two. I have to say, this must be a very boring game. I hope the Player earns credits so that he can progress into space exploration soon. This must be what Enlightenment feels like. *smile*

@poppylicious If you really need to know if you’re real or just a character in a game just sit on a drawing pin and you’ll figure it out.

@Poppylicious Well I suppose if you experience a noisy gush of wind you can pass it off as a pin sticking in your butt if there’s no dog around to blame.

My little niece today informed me that I have a big bottom, so I rather fear that if I sit on a drawing pin I may go POP!!!

@Poppylicious it is the kind of bad luck I get. I carry multiple pens around but often when I need to write something they all break or run out of ink

I knew the weefee wouldn't be working the moment I didn't put my book in my bag. In future I must remember to trust myself!
