Do you take the time to inform yourself before making a purchase or are you more the impulsive type? What factors help you make your decision to fork over the money?

i used to be an impulsive buyer before. i buy things that i wanna buy even if it's already unnecessary. however, after college and when already working, i realized how hard it is to earn every cent. i started having my own bank account and save most part of my salary than spending them. i still shop ofcourse but i am already a wise shopper. i shop things that i only need and shop only when it's sale day...

I just list the things I want to buy and go the best store which has fixed price and I buy it up. If others say that I have paid more, I just do not bother. Because I do not have time for scouting for materials and saving a few cents or a few dollars sometimes like Pound foolish and pennywise.
