Hello dear mylotters, how are you this Monday? I accompanied my sister to her 5th rehabilitation treatment this morning at 9am. The session took 1 and 1/2 hours.
My sister is cooking for lunch while I peeled 2 pieces of the Indian mango. They are not yet fully ripe so I dipped some slices of the mango in to the fish sauce. I like it.
I will finish with the second after we finish our lunch. Right now my lips are turning white. Maybe later I will peel more mangoes for my son and my sister.
Do you eat unripe mangoes dipped in fish sauce, chili, sugar, or plain?

an unripe mango, when eaten with refined sugar, will eventually turn sweeter.

we have to eat just enough and not more than 10 because we might visit the bathroom the whole night tonight.
