When you meet your enemy along the way / myLot

We are taught to forgive and love our enemies, and even if we manage to do that, it doesn't take overnight to succeed or accomplish it. So what will be your reaction if you meet someone you think is your enemy, maybe your worst enemy, unexpectedly along the way? 1. Ignore him/her 2. Greet him/her 3. Lash out at him/her by hurtful words 4. Turn back and wait for him/her to pass by 5. Invite him/her for a snack or meal 6. Any other thing you would do?

I will ignore most of the time, depending on the situation. Just being true to myself, I guess.

It really depends on who the enemy is and the situation that brought about the animosity. The ones I am thinking of, I would just smile and nod and go on my way.

That's great. I would, too, if what caused it is just simple misunderstanding. As you said, it depends on the situation.
