A good, multi-colored serving of fresh fruit and vegetables every day should be your first point of order. Beyond that, squeeze some lemon and lime into your water. Drink black tea and green tea. Eat raw honey daily. Grow and eat micro-greens from your kitchen window. Eat garlic, and add more beneficial herbs to your diet. Rice is also a good for detox, particularly if you commit to a short rice detox diet, consuming only rice, vegetables, fruit and water for a week or two.
