Enough is enough, I can't unable to do any transaction in my PayPal, neither I can send someone payment nor I can receive and can't withdraw the amount. The reason it I don't have a PAN Card. My funds and I'm unable to make any transaction and I don't have any transaction right . Irony Everything is mine, but nothing can't be done.. And seriously PayPal Policies are too worst for India.. Do you Agree?...

I never had issues with paypal. I can both send and receive. You must provide whatever they ask for.

I have informed this to you earlier as well, You cannot shop or send money with your PayPal, you can still check and try to edit the name of your PayPal account and add your fathers Pancard and after verification you can withdraw the amount
