Hello everyone.
I am not going to talk about algebra here.
When you have kids and they are going to have a performance in school, do you take time to get their hair fix?
I always make it a point that I fixed my daughter's hair differently from her classmates when they have performance.
Why?
So I can identify her easily among the crowd. This has been several years that I started doing. They have a yearly performance wherein the whole level will wear the same clothes. So it will be hard for the parents to identify their kids so the artist in me find a way to see my kid immediately.
One way is to fixed her hair in a different manner. So in the picture, her hair has a lot of colored rubber where I can see her immediately.
On another occasion were the girls are all wearing black leotards and red skirt, I put an 'X' black garter at the upper back of her leotard. It is my 'X' marks the spot.

Very creative! I identified my kid in the crowd easily because she was the only girl in her class with a "bowl cut".

@rakski It was cheap and quick. I cut my daughters hair myself. I'm sure she still hates me for it.

@aureliah Could you give him a mohawk? You could shave his head in a way that an "X" marks the spot in the top of his head. (A hairy X, that is)

If only I had a daughter, I would have loved to fix her hair, apply makeup on her face, style her clothes, shoe shopping, etc.. If only I had a girl.
Sometimes I wonder who are going to inherit my jewelries. If only I had a daughter. Maybe I could still get pregnant and have one.

X marks the spot, a circle and a dot. I remember my nanny doing that to me when I was younger. Hehehe

That look really neat and pretty! I can't even tie a pony tail really neat. I am just not good or not so interested in tying hair.
Yes, I think it really helps you to spot your daughter easily, and she will standout in the crowd too. Smart mom!
