Hey, does anyone know how to transfer money from PayPal account to mobile money services such as; Mpesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, etc.. If you have any idea please help!

I was able to find this article which suggests that certain people will be able to link their M-Pesa wallets to their PayPal accounts.
