Best way to lose weight

I just want to share my way of losing weight and I believe it is working really well. I just drink a glass of water before my meals in order to lessen my food consumption. Also, I do exercise at least 30mins to 1 hour a day. Do you guys want to share any of your ways to lose weight? Feel free to comment.

the weird thing is, sometimes girls dont have to lose weight but we keep thinking that we need to go on diet.. this is very nice info that you share to us..

@sergekid14 the best way to lose weight is being perseverance on the plan.. and thats the hardest thing.. and its always amaze me someone who could stick to the routine regrdless the temptations.. i hope you could get the ideal weight that you aim for..

I always go to jog every morning, go to gym doing different kinds of exercises... brisk walking.. Drinking adequate amount of water and eat a balanced diet...

Thats good. Water is so important afterall. My own advice is cut out junk and eat cleaner foods

Oh yes, drinking water makes you full before eating. I try my best to walk in the morning. At night time me and my son would walk, it's a fun walk so he will have an exercise too

Eat less and move more. I do a lot of walking and I avoid fatty foods.
