Longer than expected...

Hello, myLotters ! Well, I had a doctor's appointment today at 4:15 p.m. I asked my boss if I could leave early, and she seemed to be not to happy that I gave her such short notice. From now on, I am going to call her as soon as I have an appointment scheduled. The day didn't go to badly, it just was longer than I cared for until I got home. I got to my appointment, that took as long as it did, and then caught the bus home. I transferred once, but once on the bus home I guess I "spaced" a bit and didn't request a stop as soon as I should have, so I wound up walking back several blocks to get home once I got off the bus. Oh, well--I got some much needed exercise. I thought I had planned better, but I missed the delivery of groceries that I had ordered. They were on the front porch when I got there, and the ice cream was soft, but I think it will be okay. Thankfully my back didn't bother me too much. Maybe all of the walking I'm doing is helping--LOL. I took the photos of the roses above on my way home, plus one of a pretty iris that I didn't put in the collage. Tomorrow is the day before Friday. I'm so happy for that. It sure has been a busy week !
