Did you know that this ¨Spring¨ flower can be eaten? Yesterday while we were walking, a friend just suddenly grabbed this flower and started eating it. I was so surprised and my tongue-tied, so he asked me to try it. Without any hesitation, I ate it too, like a rabbit. Oh my gosh, it was so sweeeeeet! It is really edible. The problem is ... I don´t know what the name is. Do you have any idea what this flower is?

Many posts are written here on Dandelion which for some it is a weed to be uprooted but the flowers are so pretty and edible too with manyvhealth benefits Sadly they do not grow here.
Dandelions are more than just weeds. Dandelion tea can detox the liver and improve your skin and stomach health, and these are just a few dandelion benefits.

Really? I know that this kind of flower may make tea, but I don't know that you can eat it directly. I may not want to try it anyway. It is a bit weird for me.

It was a bit awkward to me, too, but it turned out that it can. When no one is looking sneak in. Make sure it's the clean one. Just for you to find out the taste.

Yes, its also one of the better first flowers to help bees along! Most don't like them in their yards and treat them as a weed. I don't mind them and keep them in the yard. I'll even leave little patches of them growing if I'm the one mowing the lawn. Hubby runs them over!

For me I will keep it too. It might be weeds but it's edible. I will be bringing seeds with me and plant it in Thailand as suggested by mr owlwings.
