I'm jealous, and jealousy can apply to non-humans too. I would surely feel cheated.

I don't see this robot business as positive, because I'm afraid it will make people lose touch with reality, it is already happening and it's getting worse this way.

@rakski True, they treat these dolls like partners and eventually they want to marry. A very lonely wedding, as I doubt the parents and relatives accept that.

I think the robot will outlive the human, so what measures will be taken to ensure the robot wife or husband is not discarded . What about a will? - another human will be the executor - will he or she treat the widow or widower fairly?

@Kandae11 I am not sure how all of that will work, wouldn't seem to me that the robot would have the ability to take on all of those financial arrangements or know what to do with a humans things. Just doesn't seem right to me.
