Self-Discipline

Happy Friday! So, here's a quick question. How's your self-discipline as it relates to your health and wellness? For me, I struggle in some areas, but thrive in others. I don't know about you, but writing keeps me grounded and focused on what matters most in my life. I started a blog which can be found at renewinspiration.com back in January and it has changed my life for the better.
Well, here are my goals to give you an idea of where to start with your self-discipline and don't be afraid to make adjustments as necessary.
Short-Term Goals:
1. Lose 1 to 2 pounds per week
2. Exercise 45 to 60 minutes per day
3. Eat 5 fruits/veggies per day
Long-Term Goals:
1. Lose 50 pounds per year
2. Get off blood pressure medication

Great goals! Good luck! I do fitness 15 mins daily and wear a medical back belt for 4 hours to improve my back position

I do believe it that too, Latisha. Without self-discipline and determination, you will not gain anything even if you keep hoping for the best.
