Do You Feel Happy when you are getting a Thing for free while shopping?

I think most of us like to shop and of course love to save some money from that as well in the form of cash back, coupons and things like that and of course we love to strike good deals and when we are getting something complimentary for free then we may over buy as well as we don't often get these type of surprises.
I do love to hear the Word " Free" LOL.

I think all of us will be happy to get free stuff, even though the price may be bit high with them. Yesterday we bought toothpaste (Colgate) and there was a small tube inside with the same which was made up of ayurveda, I think they are marketing it as it is a new product by them. It is good to give the same as free along with the priced product.

I am surprised that there is something free when shopping. I come across free shipping and love it! Buying things at Walgreens online, free store pickup no charge for shipping. eBay items I want to buy is .99 with free shipping... though it takes a month and 2 weeks, still free shipping and an item locally costs me $5 plus tax. Love it, free shipping and almost free item!

I love getting bargains and most of the time it is a matter of haggling prices with a seller. I am not always successful but pretty good at this. I went major clothes shopping yesterday and saved about US$50. Of course, my throat was dry but it was worth it!

Cashbacks and Freebies are great. Yet most of them come at a cost. For e.g- we have some big clothing and Hypermarket stores offering membership points and cards. Some offer 1 point for 100 Rs, some offer 1 for 200 and so on.
Now often these stores offer cashbacks and 1 plus 1 for members and not for others. So we do get cashbacks and offer but at a cost.
One had to evaluate whether that cost is good for one or not. It could be good in some respects as I found for myself and not so in others.

@thesupersingh Things are just things... We have bought a new golden ring recently, and I got a silver necklace for free... but I do not wear silver. How can I be happy because of things? If I really want, I can buy 100 rings and 1000 chains. Happiness is a too big word for things
