Yikes...

Because I have Medi-Cal, I call this service connected with them Called "MTM" when I need a ride to a medical appointment.
The last time I had an appointment, the service they sent was really nice--the car was well cleaned, the driver was polite, it was a good experience.
This time...not so much. The guy's car (I guess it was his personal car, but still, If you're going to be driving people around...) needed vacuuming on the inside, the talked on his phone while driving, and while he did engage me in conversation he used more foul language than I cared for. Really unprofessional.
The gal who I rode with last time gave me a card--I think that I'll call them next time and ask if I have to go through Medi-Cal/"MTM" to use them again (and still have my insurance pay). My ride today was unpleasant to say the least.
