Today's Kentucky Derby had the eighth largest attendance of the 144 Derby days. The attendance was 157,813.
Today's Derby was also the wettest in history, with over three inches of rain falling today.
Put together a lot of out-of-towners and a lot of rain, and you end up with one big problem: a shortage of bath towels.
I was wondering why my lights were flickering. Apparently, with the shortage of towels people resorted to using blow dryers to get the rain off their hair, skin, and clothing.
Justify won the Kentucky Derby, the fifth win for trainer Bob Baffert.
The local weathermen, who predicted great weather for today, came in last.

I thought it was pretty cool that Justify hadn't been a racer for very long @FourWalls . And to win the 'big one'? Awesome.

Something similar to people flooding the sewage system because they flush their toilets almost at the same time during the SuperBowl halftime.
